Below is the text of a letter that Council Member Pollard wrote to the mayor. I am glad that he did so because he “news” media does not seem to care where or how that money for pay raises will come from.
While it is possible that Council Member Pollard did not contact the Mayor before making the letter public, I don’t think that is the case. The letter suggests that Whitmire operates in secret and needs to be more transparent. I have had similar thoughts. So what, if anything, is Whitmire hiding?
Will the main media print the letter and start asking questions, or will they remain like the sheep they are rather than the wolves they portray themselves to be?
