I was looking at an image of the dark spot that has appeared on Trump’s hand when I saw that there was a face there. I took a screenshot of the image and then darkened some areas to make the face more pronounced.
The image on the left is the original. On the right, I darkened some of the image.
The other time I recall seeing something similar was on that image below.
