As I was looking for people dancing Tejano, it dawned on me that the Tejano culture, as I knew it, is on the way out. I have no idea what, if anything, will keep Mexican-Americans together, working to make lives better for themselves and their children. Latinos no longer have the same roots as they come from different countries with different cultures. Perhaps Papers, Please will help bring Latinos together.
