The Shady Court ruling on detaining people and Plessy v. Ferguson ruling that stated racial segregation did not violate the Fourteenth Amendment

The Roberts Court and the racist five dwarves will be remembered just as the Plessy v Ferguson decision is remembered. The Shady Court has legalized racism based on how a person looks, or how they speak, or what music they prefer. That was the infamous six that will be remembered. History will not be kind to them.

Not only did they give la Migra carte blanche authority to stop people because of the language they choose to speak, or the language of the music they listen to, but also the neighborhoods that they choose to live in; they have opened the door for all police to have the same rights as la Migra—the right to harass people because of the color or shade of their skin—the right to harass people who choose to be wood workers like our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

The Robert’s Courts’ infamous words led to detaining individuals based on their appearance or the language they speak. What other racist things will be allowed to appease the orange man?

The Plessy v. Ferguson court case is remembered as a notorious U.S. Supreme Court decision that legally sanctioned racial segregation and the discriminatory doctrine of “separate but equal”. This ruling ushered in the Jim Crow era, providing legal justification for segregated public spaces, schools, and facilities. The case is now seen as a monument to racial segregation and white supremacy
