It is a trickle, but it is a beginning. Like most politicians, they need to stick their finger in the wind and feel which way the wind is blowing. They must speak to their political consultants about their opinion.
I was surprised to see Sergio Lira at one of the protests, as he was very supportive of John Whitmire and, to my knowledge, has not said anything about what the Mayor has been doing regarding working with ICE.
