I went to see how the State Supreme Court had ruled, and what the Court said was that the Harris County Democratic Party did not have the discretion to remove the candidate(s) based on the law.
I wanted to find out more and saw two people I have known squabbling.
The lawsuit commenced in 2019 and a decision is being appealed. Below is a PDF of the original petition, video above, concerning the property in question.
