Detective Hole is on Netflix, with enough turns and twists to keep one wondering. Who did it? Until the very end, the series reveals who was behind the murders. I must start about 20 movies and/or series before I find one that interests me enough to see to the end.
If one is looking for a lot of action or nudity, this series is not for you. If you like to see if you can solve the case before they give you the answer, then this series is worth watching.

Nordic crime dramas never miss. The tension, the snow, the morally broken detective… PERFECT casting for Harry Hole.

I can’t get over how good the cinematography is in a TV show!! It’s fantastic! Set design, lighting, the camera set ups are just superb. So far so good on storyline too. Chur.

I have just finished the first episode. I think it is rather good and true to the books. Nothing compared to The Snowman with Michael Fassbender. Harry Hole looks like Harry Hole for starters, the atmosphere is dark and I like that there is a lot of music that seems true to the book’s charater’s taste. Looking forward to the rest of the episodes. A+ for me so far.
