If the Supreme rules Trump had full Immunity, Biden should immediately declare himself dictator and move to have all his enemies rounded up and imprisoned.
While I doubt that President Biden would do that, he should, otherwise when ever a Republican does become the President of the United States, they will do that knowing full well that any and all criminal actions as President are immune from prosecution.

I suggest that Biden’s first act as Dictator is to remove all the Supreme Court Justices that were appointed by Republicans.
Second, round up all those billionaires who are working to destroy this country and harm the working men and women.
