Roberto Pulido and his son Bobby Pulido.

One of the Tejano singers I enjoyed during my early wild years was Roberto Pulido. Roberto Pulido is the same age as I am. I had not seen a recent image of him until I ran across the following song: “Reminded me that like him, I too have changed. One knee needs some cartilage; thus, I have to mow the yard slowly not to aggravate the knee. What I could do in one day, now requires three days. I guess it beats the other alternative “El Poso.”

His son will be running for Congress against Monico De La Cruz. That is one reason that I will mention Bobby Pulido more often: his father is collateral.
