Ezra Klein – claims he has the answer for the Democrats, he is as full of himself as Elon Musk.

I may have read his BS three times since I have a subscription to the New York Times, which I believe has been since 2016. All I can think of that makes him popular is his cult following like Elon Musk, a young white male who believes he has all the answers.

The title on the article is “There Is a Liberal Answer to the Trump-Musk Wrecking Ball”

In my opinion, he has no solution, but he does promote a new book he co-wrote and some other probably white dude who may or may not be as full of himself. There is a saying that goes, “Those that can do, those can’t teach.” If he is so good, he would be the wealthiest political consultant in the history of the United States, if not the world.

Since Ezra Klein uses one example to justify his argument, let me use one example to debunk his argument..

He uses Houston as an example of why housing is cheaper and more housing is available. He doesn’t live in Texas. Houston does not have zoning, but contrary to what he seems to imply, it is not growing. Austin, which he does mention, does have zoning, but he attributes the ability to allow more housing as the reason for housing affordability and more housing.

Donald Trump could have run on bringing Texas housing policies to the nation. In Houston, there’s no zoning code, so building is easy, and the median home price is over $300,000. Compare that with Los Angeles, where the median price is around a million dollars. Or look at Austin, which has been a popular destination for many fleeing San Francisco’s housing costs.

Maybe the reason that San Francisco does not issue out as many new residential permits is because;

I do believe that Mr. Klein relies on the ignorance of his cult followers to make himself rich or more prosperous, no different than Donald Trump and Elon Musk.

With the train example and eminent domain, maybe he should wonder why Trump had problems building a barrera (barrier). We have eminent domain here in Texas and some of the most protective private property rights in the United States.

Comments on his article, I am being as biased as Ezra Klein.
