I will be updating this page as more information comes in. I believe that Jerry Davis is the former District B council member. Based on the information available, I will go out on a limb and state that the run-off will be between Annette Ramirez and Danielle Bess or Jerry Davis. My opinion is based on the fact that Danielle Bess has some name recognition after running three times in the last two years, as a state representative (twice) and for the city council at large. As District B council member Jerry Davis was well known and liked, Annette Ramirez, the only Latina, will get close to 30% of the vote. The remaining 70% will be distributed among the four black candidates.
