Well, I have news for Democrats: the sleeping giant woke up, and they put their finger to see which wind was better for them, and many chose the felon over the policies of the Democrats. I do believe that it is the Democrats that are asleep here in Texas.
Democrats’ top issues – are abortion and school vouchers. That is according to Fox 26 here in Houston.
One statement stood out from the news clip: if you keep doing the same thing repeatedly and getting the same results, why expect anything different? I would think that after Wendy Davis fiasco when she was the candidate for governor, Democrats would have gotten the message.

Wendy Davis’s issue was abortion, as she gained fame for speaking for hours on a filibuster to stop restrictive abortion in Texas.
I recall a conversation with someone who later became a judge and has since lost that position. That person asked me what I thought about the Wendy Davis race. I told him that Hispanics didn’t care much about that issue. Yet that has been the Democrat’s issue of choice election after election.
