Well I have been the recipent of butt dials and it may have happened that I may have done one or two. But never have I’ve been involved in a butt dial where a bunch of us start discussing the bombing of a foreign country.
Usually, you state Sorry, I must have dialed the number accidentally and then hung up.
If that happened to Biden, who even the Democrats thought was too old and senile (UNfairly), every news media and politician would be yelling for his removal. But since it is part of the fascist Trump camp, most media try to justify it or sanewash it.
