I expect Republicans to make a big push for Latino votes next year here in Harris County. Little things like money for a bridge for students to arrive safely to Milby High School, Trump still bringing up Jocelyn Nungaray, those small things tells me that if the Democrats don’t get their shit together here in Harris County they can expect to get their asses kicked next year in county elections.
If one has read many of the things that I have stated about people here illegally, they will find that I am not one to feel empathy about what is happening. If their children, relatives, and friends don’t care enough to vote for Democrats who would be better for them, then I am not going to worry about their situation.
In the video below, one would find Congressman Al Green at the march of immigrants, but one will not see Sylvia Garcia, Carol Alvarado, Lina Hidalgo, Adrian Garcia, Leslie Briones, Armando Walle, May Ann Perez, Ana Hernandez, Cristina Morales.
I am sure that if Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee were still with us, she would have been there.
I wonder when they will learn not to march with flags from other countries; I saw way too many Mexican flags and a few Palestinian flags. If they love those countries so much, they should return to them.
