China’s video shows Americans working in sweatshops and getting paid 30 cents for each shirt they sew. That is how it used to be: piecework. You got paid by how much you produced. The harder and smarter one worked, the more they made.
They say that robots and AI will do almost all the work, so what jobs will people be doing? If they don’t have money, who will buy the robots and pay for the AI?
