Los pendejos Progressives may be opening their eyes and realizing that they need a big tent in Texas to win.

This morning, a Houston progressive blogger wrote the following about Bobby Pulido. Bobby Pulido is no freaking progressive; a progressive ran against him and was clobbered even though she spent about a million dollars of her money trying to win the primary.

(By the way, Bobby Pulido is killing it in CD15. What a gift.) Source

I have been writing about Bobby Pulido for almost a year now, and though not quite as long about Gina Hinojosa. If the pendejos could open their eyes and realize that the key to Texas lies in the Latino community. I use the Latino community because white people use that label, and we, as nice little sheep, go along with the labels they give us. That is why, after hundreds of years, we are asked to pick whether we prefer to be called Mexican-American, Hispanic, Latino, etc. Even our own ask that question, recently a group that I joined asked my preferred word, they did have Chicano among the words. One day, we, or maybe a majority of people like me, will say ya basta and write in American.

In the video above, one of Bobby Pulido’s videos is one of Michelle Vallejo, after she ran that ad that would appeal to the people where she lives, and honestly, probably the vast majority of hard-working people, she was attacked by the progressives in the Democratic Party.

“Everybody has this idea that Michelle was pro-immigrant and pro-community and instead we’re getting … pro-police,” Serrano said. “It’s totally against what people expected. That’s why the anger is there.”

Serrano isn’t the only one who feels betrayed. Vallejo’s social media channels are filled with angry posts from people accusing her of pandering to Republicans with her new ad. Some are threatening not to vote for her if she doesn’t pull it down.

Vallejo, who is running against U.S. Rep. Monica De La Cruz, R-Edinburg, again this November says her messaging has been consistent on border security and legal pathways for unauthorized immigrants to become citizens: she wants both.

Bobby Pulios’s opponent also attacked him because of his socially conservative views. Here is a gift article from me to you in the New York Times. Ada Cuellar is an accomplished person, a doctor, an attorney, etc., but she spent almost her entire campaign attacking Bobby Pulido for his beliefs. That is what is wrong with the Progressives, they are no better than the magas when it comes to what they believe is a good Democrat.

Below is an excerpt from the gift article in the New York Times.

A Democratic Primary in South Texas Reflects a Party at a Crossroads

In a closely watched primary in Texas’ 15th District, Democrats are divided between a progressive challenger and a more moderate contender as they seek to reclaim ground with Latino voters in a redrawn district.

One question has loomed large in a competitive Democratic primary in South Texas: Will Hispanic voters who flocked to President Trump choose a moderate Democrat who could appeal to socially conservative voters or lean left at a time when the administration’s aggressive immigration crackdown is proving unpopular?

Bobby Pulido, a popular Tejano singer who has the Democratic establishment on his side, is facing off against Dr. Ada Cuellar, an emergency room doctor who has the backing of the more progressive wing of the party.

Whoever wins the Democratic nomination on Tuesday will determine the direction of the party and challenge Representative Monica De La Cruz, the Republican incumbent in Texas’ 15th District, an oddly shaped district that stretches from the border to the outskirts of San Antonio, some 250 miles north.

Dr. Cuellar’s campaign said she believes momentum is on her side and is gaining ground among young voters who use social media. They support her calls for dismantling Immigration and Customs Enforcement, legalizing abortion and challenging the “compadrismo,” or cronyism of the Democratic Party in the Rio Grande Valley.

I am no believer that James Talarico is the great white hope for the Democratic Party here in Texas. I am giving money to Bobby and Gina, the great brown hopes of this Tejano. If White people were as smart as they think they are, they would do likewise.

I went to Oklahoma State for the first two years of college. One of the reasons that I chose to leave Texas was that I knew my English had a strong Spanish accent. A pickup was a peacup. One of the most important lessons I learned there was that white people were not smarter than people like me. They just pushed that falsehood to keep us in our place and convince themselves that it was true. Look no further than the white DEI hires in the White House. A sheet of paper would normally come out as a shit of paper, so is life.
