There are four Spanish-surnamed people on Houston’s city council; only one has juevos; the other three, who are men, are missing their juevos. So happens that the one with balls is Alejandro Salinas.
Who are the three without juevos?
One of the council members is a MAGA, so it could be that he just dislikes people not legally here, and he depends on magas to keep voting for him. That would be Julian Ramirez.
Another Mario Castillo, a juevo-less wonder that represents District H. I don’t know why he even ran if he won’t stand up for his constituents, that means all his constituents. When the Mayor changed a street without informing him that he was going to change one that his constituents had asked for, which made it safer for pedestrians. He basically stood there with his mouth open and bowed to his king.
Last, maybe the worst is Joaquin Martinez. They placed the Greyhound bus station in his district; they placed a very large homeless shelter, or should I say unhoused shelter, in his district. They closed one of the main streets in a large part of his district, and he twiddles his thumbs and still sucks up to the mayor.
So why am I praising Council Member Salinas? Because she managed to get two other council members to agree to bring up a terrible decision that John Whitmire has made, which is making our city less safe and hurting the immigrant community. Would like to thank the two other council members, Edward Pollard and Abbie Kamin, for their support of the item. Initially, former Council Member Plummer had tried to get three signatures but had failed. With any luck, Ms. Plummer will be our next County judge, replacing Lina Hidalgo, who is not running for re-election
I have a question for all the people with no “juevos”-which means “guts” in this instance? Why run for office if you intend to be a doormat for the white man (gabacho)?
Finally, transparency and leadership on immigration at City Hall | Editorial
Council Member Alejandra Salinas’ proposal would ensure police focus on crime, not civil immigration enforcement, while maintaining compliance with state law.

Seventeen times. Houston police officers personally delivered immigrants they arrested to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents 17 times last year. When Mayor John Whitmire and Houston Police Chief J. Noe Diaz revealed this fact last week, it brought an end to more than a year of denials.
For months, the mantra from City Hall had been simple: Police officers are here to solve crimes, not to check papers.
A new ordinance proposed today by Council Member Alejandra Salinas would codify into city law that police should no longer play handmaiden to ICE unless there is a criminal warrant. Salinas’ ordinance trusts HPD officers to do their jobs, giving them the direction and discretion they need to prioritize public safety over civil enforcement.
The proposal deserves support, and Salinas deserves praise for bringing it forward.
I would prefer that you support the Houston Chronicle; it has gotten much better and has been putting out good, accurate information. If nothing else, just to read what Chris Tomlinson writes. I consider him the Paul Krugman of the Chronicle.
But I believe this person has the complete article from the Chronicle.
