I do give Whitmire credit; he tells the truth more often than Trump.
Whitmire also voted for the ordinance, but the HPD union has not threatened to withhold support if he runs again.
Martinez, all of a sudden, finds that he wants to help the immigrant community and admits that many people are not calling the police. I don’t blame them for not calling them. Why risk being reported or held because your name matches someone in the administrative warrants from ICE?
Whitmire, all are welcome, but at the Galleria, simple immigrants are not wanted.
MAGA 1 FLICKINGER: Fear is real, but it is just a few who were held and reported to ICE. Like saying ICE only killed three people in Minnesota. Just a rounding error. Wonder where that man grew up, because it certainly was not in Houston in the 60s or 70s.
