The “Queers” are after County Judge Hidalgo. Lesley Briones is working to oust Hidalgo.

I will be called a homophobe and who knows what else, but I am using the same term that the person who filed a complaint against County Judge Hidalgo used to identify herself.

Rule 39 (NCIS) applies in the situation. “NCIS: Rule 39: There is no such thing as a coincidence.” A well-known Lesbian is running for that same position, and something that probably has no consequence is reported on and makes it to a national level.

Regarding Briones, I’ve been hearing rumors that she’s considering a party switch, given her polls suggest she is very vulnerable come next November. It could be that she is convinced that Hidalgo would drag them all down. Time will tell.

Dionne, who said she has clients across Texas, was in Houston when she saw broadcasts covering the meeting. She then reached out to Commissioner Lesley Briones’ office, who provided her with the details necessary to file the report.

Dionne, who described herself as a queer activist and past supporter of Hidalgo, said she did not relish filing the report, but as a mandatory reporter she is obligated to alert authorities when she witnesses something that could constitute abuse or neglect.

… “I just imagine that those kids, at least some of them, were in foster care, and that made me really concerned for how they were brought into this kind of situation,” Dionne said. “I didn’t see parents. I just saw teachers with these groups of kids, and it didn’t seem appropriate for a field trip or anything like that. It just seemed like a chaotic political stunt.”
