Here in Houston, we have people like Council Member Kamin, saying;
Under a draft proposal from Council Member Letitia Plummer’s office obtained by the Houston Chronicle, police officers would have discretion on whether to call ICE during traffic stops. If approved, the measure would prohibit officers from keeping drivers stopped while waiting for immigration agents to arrive on scene, citing concerns about the legality of doing so.
The draft proposal, if taken up, would mark the first time the council formally weighs in on the issue beyond individual criticisms. It’s unclear if the measure would have the nine votes needed to override the mayor and police department leaders.
Of course not, they won’t get nine votes, it is the mayor and the sixteen dwarves. It is a shame that here in Houston, the Black community cares more about what is happening to the immigrant community than the Hispanic community that lives in Houston. Not just in Houston but across the United States, no HI-Spanic deserves the support of the Hispanic community. They are in their political positions to get rich or try to get rich. Some of those HI – Spanics have become millionaires, making $7,600 a year.
Our HI-Spanic State Senator from Houston, Carol Alvarado, one of the richest State Senators in the United States.

There are three HI – Spanics on the City Council, let us see if they support the ordinance.
Amy Peck is telling us that it will never get to a vote, cause the Hispanic City Attorney will rule against it. Picture Trump’s Attorney General and how she reacts, and then transpose those same actions to the City Attorney when the boss tells him what to do.
Council Member Amy Peck did not say whether she would support the proposal if it appeared on an agenda as written, but said she was unsure whether it would get approval from the city’s legal department.
“I don’t think it’s a good policy to pick and choose which warrants we execute and which warrants we don’t,” Peck said.
Houston is known for buying minority politicians so that they can fall in line with what the important people want.
