My parents moved into the neighborhood in 1951. Based on the census map, the neighborhood had just started being built. My uncle Aniceto lived on Molina St.; he was already there. Some of the streets no longer exist or were renamed. Some of you who are good at remembering names may remember some of the families. I recognize a few of them.
The Census taker did misspell names; for instance, he spelled my uncle’s last name as Berrara.
